Blueprint To Give Fenix A Chance Of Being The Dominant Artist-centric Social Media Platform

It sounds like a massive challenge involving successfully competing against a series of competitors in a crowded field.

In fact it’s none of the above.

We do not have any real competitors (so far) and the field consequently not only is not crowded but truly empty in monetizing the music of the 98.5% of musicians that do not have a label- and artists from a wide range of disciplines- including actors, directors, dancers, painters, ice skaters etc. Simply put, nobody is devoted to the welfare of the artist ahead of the profitability of their business.

Nobody has come up with adequately creative ways to rapidly enhance the income of the artists and provide them with a comprehensive series of tools to improve their livelihood.

So FENIX really sits alone in its total devotion to the artists welfare. Below I will examine:

  • What we actually have created for the artist and
  • How we believe will get adequate traction to indeed give us a chance at being dominant.

But before I do, I should answer one question- in case the answer is not obvious.

Why would we single-mindedly devote ourselves to the welfare of the working artist?

I think the answer is 2-fold:

  • It is RIGHT. Or put another way, by contrast how WRONG is it that the music industry produces fortunes for digital music services and labels but the vast majority of artists, on whose creative output the music industry rests, STRUGGLE to make a living! And that was before COVID-19. In the 1.25 years since its appearance, the number of “starving artists” has grown exponentially.
  • It is SENSIBLE. A service that sincerely and devotedly assists the artist in every conceivable way, will clearly win their support. And with the support of the artist, comes support of their fans. And FENIX is built to facilitate that.

So, what have we actually created for the artist and what are our ongoing plans?

As detailed elsewhere, in my comparison between FENIX and all other music services:

  • FENIX uniquely allows the creation of the artist app in about 20 mins. This in turn is critical for several reasons which follow:
  • Allows monetization through advertising of previously non-income producing social media etc & provides multiple revenue opportunities in the form of merchandise, artist access, tickets etc.
  • Allows everything in 1 place. Most artists currently have their music, videos, merchandise, social media, interviews etc spread over SEVERAL sites.
  • Allows direct communication between artists & fans.
  • Allows control of all aspects of the artist’s image
  • Provides location of fans- An artist is able to know the location of every fan downto the precise building. This is invaluable in determining where to play a show etc.
  • FENIX is dedicated to continually add tools of importance to artists. These will include tools for planning a tour most economically, booking venues, insuring equipment etc etc. No other service provides a suite of useful tools and FENIX does so completely free of charge. The most recent tools for enhancing artist income that we have incorporated are NFT’s and livestreaming with auto-charge.
  • Division of revenues: FENIX is committed to giving all revenues other than those necessary for operations, to artists. We estimate that around 80% of advertising revenues & 97% of merchandise revenues will go to artists VS the 5-15% they get through the labels. But importantly this is 80-97% of a greatly enhanced revenue pool. Some unsigned artists have their music put on 100+ digital music services and get 100% of revenue which amounts to something pitiful- perhaps less 500 euros per year!

How we will get adequate traction to indeed make us possibly dominant?

Our strategy is simple. To implement initiatives that will rapidly lead to the attainment of critical mass. And indeed, we are vastly overengineering these initiatives- i.e. in all likelihood, they will produce many, many more artists than are necessary for critical mass.

nce we reach critical mass, virality WILL kick in. And overtake all other initiatives. The reasonI state this with confidence, is that to the extent that an artist has substantially enhanced theirincome, they will tell a wide circle of musician friends about it. And about all the other FENIX features that enhance their livelihoods.

So what are some of the initiatives to gain plenty of artists rapidly, that in aggregate will exceed critical mass?

As I outlined elsewhere, we are planning on attaining STUNNING artist numbers very quickly. At the moment we are working on doing this in 4 primary ways:

  • The number of FENIX Global Celebrity Artist Ambassadors is growing rapidly and showing no signs of abating. Indeed, the pace of Ambassador enrolment is about to further accelerate as we introduce new countries. Our FENIX Ambassadors are essentially FENIX evangelists within the artist communities and they will inevitably encourage other musicians and artists.
  • We are designing an automated system for taking the content of 100’s of 1000’s of bands and automatically creating apps for them., We will then send these complete dapps to bands to get them to join. They can use the app “as is” or improve upon it.
  • Stay tuned for a major global video initiative which is designed to attract 1 million singers- amateur & professional. This initiative will be announced in July 2021.
  • We will be engaging with distributors of content to 150 platforms forsay 150,000 artists. We will simply be one of these platforms. But uniquely we will provide a shareable app to the artists . IF every artist has 1000 fans that receives their shareable software, that’s 150 million people!

As long as we remain laser-focused on this blueprint, we are convinced we can potentially achieve our domination goals quite rapidly.

  • Allows direct communication between bands & fans.
  • Allows control of all aspects of artist image
  • Provides location of fans- An artist is able to know the location of every fan downto the precise building. This is invaluable in determining where to play a show etc.

IF every band had 500 fans that received the software, that’s 125 million people!
  • We are engaging with a reporting agency in the UK for another 60,000 bands.
  • We are designing an automated system for taking the content of 100’s of 1000’s of bands and automatically creating apps for them., We will then send these completedapps to bands to get them to join. They can use the app as is or improve upon it.
  • We are getting FENIX evangelists within the musician community to enrol othermusicians and bands. This network expands virally quite rapidly.

As long as we remain laser-focused on this blueprint, we are convinced we can achieve ourdomination goals VERY rapidly.
